Our air duct sealant product series consists of both solvent-based and water-based duct sealant variants. They are used for sealing fabricated joints and seams of sheet metal air ducts, fibreglass duct board, thermal insulation, crawl space vapor barriers, house wrap, and other types of air ducts. They will perform as a tough and flexible adhesive and sealant on the joints and seams, thereby effectively blocks the infiltration of gases, dust and other contaminants and the exfiltration of conditioned air. They are able to accommodate minor vibration and movement, stays flexible and does not crack. Excellent coverage rates can be achieved with easy brush-on application, hence provides low installation cost. Can be easily applied by brush, trowel, palm, spray or extrusion.
